February 15, 2005 To Whom It May Concern: Hamid Nabavi of Optimized Communications has really helped the Philharmonic Society to save money on our phone service. Although a co-worker and I had tried to select the phone service that would be best for us, we didn't have the technical skills to really delve into the details of our phone bills or the knowledge of plans to select the right one. Hamid spent a lot of time analyzing our phone service. He even plugged in a telephone to test lines. He found 2 disconnected lines that we had been paying for for several months -- an immediate savings of $550! As the months rolled by with lower phone bills, the Executive Director would sign the check for the phone bill and say "Is that the whole phone bill?" It was noticeably lower. It was well worth the inconvenience of pulling out the old phone bills for Hamid to analyze and letting him test the lines and ask questions of various employees to find out what they needed from the phone system.
